The objective of this document is to provide final policy recommendations based on the urban mobility measures and strategies developed by the modular projects within the Interreg MED urban transport community. The seven Interreg MED modular projects have participated in the process following the double diamond (design thinking) methodology which went through four phases.

• Phase 3 (January – August 2019): Develop
